Beef Ribs

For winter that is coming upon us I got a fun and easy recipe for ribs Texas style:

1 kg ribs, cut into separate ribs straight from the butcher with the bone.

A tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar.

2 cups of water at the bottom to create steams.

I took the rib as it is, cleaned it, put it in a large pot with the water and vinegar and put it in the oven. In the morning I woke up to a meat aroma all over the house and you can see the results in the pictures below.

It’s a relatively simple recipe that is really suitable for the winter days that are currently upon us (of course, I make ribs in summer too 🙂 ).

After cooking, the meat falls apart from the bone with fork.

I like to season just before eating with salt to my flavor when the meat it is on the plate, disassembled and ready to eat. I do not add salt before cooking.

The portion is greatly reduced after a night in the oven.

What was left from the rib I cut into “dismembered meat” and packed it in my Black+Blum vacuum box for a long day outside the house, as you can see the pictures.

It was satisfying and delicious.

Tell me how it went for you, send me your before and after pictures and tag me on Facebook and Instagram.

Enjoy your meal!
